Institute Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Victor Boutros was recently featured in an article on Gusto about small business management. The piece, entitled “Sometimes You Just Want to Give Up on Your Business. Here are 6 Things to Do Instead,” included advice from entrepreneurs in both the corporate and non-profit sectors.

“We learned early on that there are a lot of really good things that we have to say no to, but having the discipline to do that has been really helpful,” said Boutros. “We did not want to be an inch deep and a mile wide. We really wanted to be a mile deep and an inch wide.
