Dave is a skillful attorney with extensive experience on human trafficking cases. He investigated forced labour cases and supported the government’s efforts to hold traffickers accountable while working with International Justice Mission in India. He has also provided legal services to low-income residents of New York. He worked on employee rights cases at Volunteers of Legal Service as the Director of the Unemployment Insurance Advocacy Project where he recruited, trained, and mentored private volunteer attorneys to represent workers in administrative hearings. Most recently, he worked as a staff attorney with Manhattan Legal Services where he defended tenants against frivolous eviction cases and sued landlords on behalf of tenants and tenant associations to force the correction of uninhabitable living conditions in their apartments.
